Rachel is A195 Capital's Propulsion analyst and brings experience in operations and investing to support A195 Capital portfolio companies. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia. She is most passionate about optimizing for efficiency and growth while creating and building upon human connections and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, running outside, writing and exploring New York with friends.
