Claire is A195 Capital's people ops analyst. She brings experience in people operations to A195 Capital, supporting portfolio companies and the internal team across the full employee lifecycle. She is passionate about optimizing processes and enhancing workplace culture through a thoughtful, people-first approach. She holds a BS degree in Human Development from UC Davis. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for friends, exploring new places and making lamps.
